These are included in the booking and rental price.
The bar can accommodate a maximum of 40 people.
Times | Obligations
The bar can be handed over on the day of the event from 11:00 a.m. and by arrangement.
From 10:00 p.m., quiet hours apply in the outdoor area; any police interventions are to be borne and accounted for by the tenant.
From 1:00 a.m., the bar must be closed and guests must leave the premises.
Rent tableware and linens
The rental price includes the following items
– Various glasses, plates, cutlery
– Cleaning supplies
Additional tableware, glasses, or linen can be rented upon advance notice and at an additional cost.
Any breakage or loss will be charged.

DecorationsAny decorations put up must be carefully removed after the event.
Cleaning/return
The bar and outdoor areas must be returned in the same tidy condition as they were found, swept clean.
+ Dishes must be washed and shelves cleaned.
Final cleaning of the floor, toilets, and inspection will be carried out by the Kreuz crew.
Safety
– Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
– Compliance with applicable official measures is the responsibility of the organizer.
The organizer is liable for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with safety regulations.
Liability
The person signing/booking is liable to the landlord for the following points:
– Order and behavior of visitors on the premises
– Compliance with the smoking ban
– Compliance with the maximum time allowed on the premises and in the garden
– Compliance with the maximum number of people allowed to be present
– All costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with the duty of care and/or the house rules.The landlord accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage incurred by the organizer or event visitors, unless required by law.
The organizer is responsible for insuring the property brought in by event visitors against damage, fire, water, or theft. The lessor accepts no liability for this. If participants cause damage, the lessor may assert claims against both the person causing the damage and the contracting party.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively to the relationship between the lessor and the contractual partner. The exclusive place of jurisdictionis Egerkingen.
HOUSE RULES
– Participants, especially the organizer, must comply with the landlord's instructions. The responsible person must be consulted.
– The underground parking garage is not included in the rent.
